Welcome to Prince of Wales Collegiate World Youth Manifesto Project
The purpose of this Global Classroom Initiative is to communicate the dreams and aspirations of world youth to a global audience. We feel it is imperative for young people to become responsible global citizens. This innovative learning resource has given us the opportunity to share our responses to the themes of UNESCO’s World Youth Manifesto for the Twenty-first Century.
This Manifesto explores six themes that are essential to the Global Classroom: Peace, Education, the Environment, Economic and Human Development, Solidarity and Intercultural Dialogue. Students at PWC have made contributions in different subject areas. We would now like to invite world youth to assist us in producing this multi-media, cross-curricular website. Contributions may include commentaries, essays, poetry, short stories, paintings, photography, sculptures, graphs, charts, musical compositions, animations or public displays.
